Kizuna — Terms of Service

By adding Kizuna to a Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these terms. Kizuna is provided as-is, for entertainment purposes, alongside Discord's own Terms of Service, which continue to apply.

Fair use

• Don't attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or abuse bugs in the bot's economy, drop, trading, or market systems for unfair advantage.
• Don't use automation (self-bots, macros, scripts) to interact with Kizuna.
• Don't submit artwork via /submit that you don't have the rights to share, or that violates Discord's Community Guidelines.

In-bot currency and items

Silver, Gold, cards, and cosmetics exist only within Kizuna and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money or cashed out. We may adjust balances or reset in-bot currency/items to correct bugs, exploits, or abuse.

Premium

Premium tiers (User Premium / Server Premium) unlock in-bot conveniences described via the /premium command. Premium does not guarantee uninterrupted service and does not transfer real-world value.

Moderation

On our home server, moderators may warn, mute, kick, or ban members per that server's rules. This is independent of Discord's own moderation tools and terms.

Account actions

We may suspend or reset a user's in-bot data if we determine, at our discretion, that they violated these terms or abused the bot.

No warranty

Kizuna is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for loss of in-bot progress, cards, or currency resulting from bugs, downtime, or data loss.

Changes

We may update these terms as the bot evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
